Lovely staff on arrival who gave a very warm welcome. It isn’t a fully manned 24 hour reception though so be wary if that’s what you need. Pleasantly surprised by the triple room. It was really spacious and had lovely Temple spa toiletries. Fully equipped with everything you need, if I’m being picky, I didn’t like the colour of the walls as found...

"The balcony in our room opened up what was otherwise a small but comfortable space. I enjoyed having my cup of tea there in the evenings, enjoying the fragrance of the flowers on the vine. Room 22, top floor. Highly recommend. "

"We booked this hotel as it was close by to an event we were attending. We were very pleased with the 2 rooms we booked, they were comfortable and very clean. We ate in the pub in the evening which we thoroughly enjoyed. Every member of staff we dealt with were very professional and friendly making our stay at the Victoria exceptional. If we need to be in this area again we will definitely book this venue."

"The Crown & Cushion is a delightful, old characterful pub in a convenient location. In line with its charming character, stairs are steep to rooms and floorboards wonky, so not good for people with reduced mobility. The en-suite in the room was large, bed comfortable. Had dinner and breakfast, food is great. All staff are friendly and helpful, particularly Carlos who was brilliant. "

"It's a room above the pub on the ground. It's not a busy pub and you can still get a quiet accommodation. The price is reasonable for short stay in Greater London area. Don't expect too much but you still get what you want in travel."
