"Unfortunately the hot tub was not working. The person at check in told us that it had not been working for a very long time and that it was posted online. I showed them that it was not mentioned on the expedia advertisement, so they were going to let management know. "

"Clean room. Warm pool and hot hottub. Pool water was murky likely from hich chlorine level. Quiet. Execllent staff."

"Stayed for a night. Room was nice and big but the hotel and rooms are run down and could use some paint and deep cleaning. Beds were comfy. Staff very friendly. Only issue we came across was the pool area. Very crowded (it was spring break) but staff had hard time controlling the kids. We moved from the waterslide park because of this to the small pool area only to be swarmed once again with kids that were kicked out of the waterslide park. They were throwing hackie sack balls around at high rate of speed and without regard if they hit someone. Not happy at that point as we could not enjoy playing with granddaughter in a safe place. Due to this issue I immediately canceled my return night stay later in the week and booked with another hotel. "
