"When we arrived we saw immediately that the sofabed in the lounge was broken and could not be used to sit or sleep on, this was disappointing as it meant there were not enough beds for us all. We contacted the owner and the next day a chap arrived with an airbed. We requested that the sofa be replaced but that did not happen. "I found the place not so clean. From the dishes and cuttlery to the sheets and towels. Very disappointed. One bed's leg broken. They attended to fix the bed's leg but the dirty linnens on pillows and sheets were not changed. Blood patches and long body hairs on the bedsheet where children were sleeping. "

"The property was clean and convenient for Beamish where I was working but there was a lot of empty beer cans and rubbish in the back yard, there was only 5 bath towels so no extra to change these if needed and only one hand towel and floor towel in tbe bathroom, I asked for more along with a couple more cups as there was only 3 but the cleaners didn’t turn up to address this, maybe a quick visit by the owners to assess what else is needed for five people might help but over all a pleasant stay...
