"Reception was lovely. Room was clean. Shower is poorly designed so water gathered on the floor. More of an annoyance than anything. Heater/air conditioner didn’t always work. As it was the weekend there was a lot of street noise. However great location and well run. Didn’t eat there so no feedback on the restaurant. "

"Avoid ...photos are fake, besides the location it is a really a bad hotel, the rooms are terrible it looks more like a prison cell that an hotel room, no windows which is terrible in itself as you need to leave to light on, else it feels like a black hole,...but also no TV, no bed table, no bed light, no chair, no shelves,.. nothing just two old beds, nothing else...ZERO FURNITURE to put your suitase, your book, no ensuite shower just a cheap ikea style show curtain...it is a tourist trap a SCAM...they know nobody will return to such a bad place so they don't care. Really depressing place even just to spend 2-3 nights...just avoid."

"I have stayed many times at this hotel as it's convenient to where I occasionally work. One of the reasons I always went back was because it's staff were so helpful. Unfortunately they have now installed a tablet check-in system and reduced the no. of check-in staff. In my opinion this has had a detrimental effect on the check-in experience - especially problematic if you were checking in at the same time as a large group. There are other hotels offering a more personalised service where you're able to speak with real people. I will certainly be seeking these out in future."

"A great stay this past week . Irina at the front desk always greets me and makes sure my luggage is preset in the room and the concierge team takes care of everything for me . Everyone is friendly and I feel safe there even after being out all night I. London . "

"Stunning Lobby and bar. Check in experience was satisfactory. Room was small with small double bed. Cocktails at the bar were great however the bar experience was disappointing. Along with other residents we had to wait at least 45 minutes in between drinks to be served again at one point having asked for more drinks the server disappeared and forgot us…. we were still expected to pay13.5% service charge. Frustration was clear amongst the people around us. The bar was understaffed and the frustration with this was also apparent amongst them! We gave our feedback on check out about the bar experience, the team member was sympathetic but advised that we should have reported this to the bar staff at the time. This was not appropriate to do at the time as it was difficult enough getting a drink let alone trying to give feedback or refusing to pay a service charge.We were offered a voucher however we were leaving at that moment so declined the offer and just left our feed back. Great location for central London ..just next to Hyde Park "
