"At 12:20am someone knocked on our door while we were sleeping and said they gave us the wrong room so we had to change it. We checked in around 6:30pm but it took them about 6 hours to figure out that we were given a wrong room. I specifically asked where's the bathroom during the check in since I knew we were getting shared bathroom. "Nice up on a some what steep hill. Has nice views and traditional Korean architecture next door. Not easy to walk around and shop unless you go to their stores located in and around hotel. But rooms, staff and rest is exceptional. "
