Minimal noise from outside, which is impressive given it’s on a busy interchange and close to the railway but some noisy other guests disturbed us a bit"

Despite twice contacting reception to help fix the issue (which they said they had done by controls at reception) it still didn’t waork and was freezing. They eventually brought manual heaters but this is not the standard I would expect. At no point were we offered another room "
