"We were very disappointed with our stay and unfortunately will not be returning due to the service we received. While I was taking a short 15-minute break in the sauna, I left my toddler with my teenage daughter by the pool. My daughter was using her phone only to play a video for the toddler to keep her calm and distracted while waiting for me. A staff member told her not to use the phone, so she understood that photos were not allowed and put the phone away in the bag, facing only towards the toddler so she could continue watching the video. Despite this, she was approached again and told off, even though other adults around the swimming pool were openly using their phones without any issue. My daughter felt unfairly targeted and embarrassed. The staff were unsupportive, inconsistent, and lacked basic customer care. On top of this, the cleanliness standards were poor. The evening before, our toddler dropped fries under the table during dinner in the restaurant. The next morning at breakfast we were seated at the same table, and the fries from the previous night were still there. That says a lot about the level of cleaning and attention to hygiene."

"They do not cater for disabled people and we found the staff not helpful.On arrival nobody told you where breakfast was and evening meals were. We had to walk round the road way to get breakfast as my husband finds it difficult to do stairs our room was up a flight of stairs so once he was down he stayed down.I don't understand why there is not a lift.Would not recommend this hotel to my friends."

"Not a 4 star hotel at all. I’ve stayed in 3-star hotels that were much better than this. The hotel looks nothing like the photos online. it’s very run down and poorly maintained. The bath water drains extremely slowly, the taps are rusty, and there was mould in the bathroom, which is unacceptable. You can also hear people from above and next door. Another disappointing issue was the pool access. On Hotels.com it gives the impression that the pool is included, but nowhere during booking does it clearly mention there’s an extra charge to use it. Only after booking do they send an email informing you about the additional fee, which feels very misleading. Overall, definitely not worth the price or the 4-star rating."

"We had a lovely stay at the hotel, our room was nice and clean on arrival. Breakfast was good and the pool and spa area were just what we needed to have an hour to relax in. Kaleb at the bar was really friendly and professional. We would stay again if in the area. "
