"The pool was closed. The room could’ve been more well kept and clean, it was a bit dusty and the bathroom was not fully cleaned. We requested some washcloths and towels and never received them!"

"There were no instructions on the airport shuttle. I had to call the main desk. Even then, I was in the wrong terminal and I had no idea how to find the correct terminal. Honestly, I was so hungry and tired I just wanted to cry. We were going to St. Thomas the next morning. Out of the entire trip this was the most stressful. "

"The room was decent for the price, but you can tell the hotel caters to conventions and flight crews with quick turnarounds. The security door to the parking lot that says key access only for guest safety was never locked, and anyone could walk in. The trash can outside the door was overflowing with trash for 3 days. And parking was terrible for $35 a day, the covered parking had no hotel access and no elevator, and the open parking was tight to squeeze in as many cars as possible. I will never stay here again."

"Works but nothing fancy "

"This hotel had more of a resort feel to it. Everything was welcoming and comfortable. The pool and outdoor area were extremely nice. There is also a friendly restaurant next to the lobby. The attached banquet hall and conference center look inviting. The hotel staff, including Leticia at the front desk, were friendly and always ready to help. The hotel's location is near main expressways, shopping and dining. I plan on staying here again."
