"My family had a wonderful time at sea side cottages. From the start Scott was very welcoming and made us feel right at home. The property is beautiful and extremely well cared for. Our cottage was very clean and cozy. We will be repeat visitors for years to come"

"Loved the Inn and will definitely stay there again in the future. Perfect location...just steps to the shops and eateries on Main Street. Our standard king room was lovely and spacious. The mattress and bedding was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. The gym and pool looked beautiful but unfortunately we didn't have a chance to use them. Dinner our first night at the tavern on the property was excellent. The seafood pot pie was absolutely! The only slight downside for us was that the continental breakfast was a bit lacking. Considering the price of the rooms, I think the Inn could do a little better. However, this would not keep us from staying here again. A great experience overall."

"This place is so cute! When we first pulled up we were unsure because it looks like an old roadside motel. But it’s quickly apparent that it’s been beautifully updated with fresh paint and hanging plants. The driveway and parking lot are spotless as are the rooms. The decor in the rooms is updated and coastal. The staff was lovely. I would absolutely stay here again!"

"The property was beautiful and the house has great character. The rooftop patio was an incredible bonus. The kitchen was reasonably stocked with what we needed to do some light cooking. Most of all, the host, Paul, was very easy to work with and was easily accessible. We definitely recommend this property and will stay again in the future."
Private Beach, Water Views, Incredible Location!

"This place is a gem and was perfect for my family. We were 3 adult couples and found the home to be suitable to our needs. The kitchen was the central gathering spot and very well stocked for cooking meals together. The views of the water, outdoor spaces around the whole house, and walking distance to the beach made it so enjoyable. Each bedroom with en suite bathroom felt like their own suites, allowing for comfort and privacy. The location was quiet and private but a short drive to so much. Great bird watching and we also saw seals feeding from the deck (using our binoculars). The whole house was recently renovated and everything felt new. It was also very clean and nicely decorated. We had a few issues while there - check in was challenging because the lock boxes that hold the keys are not in good working order and we couldn’t get them open. It took many tries (in the pouring rain). After about an hour of trying and someone from Del Mar on the way to help, we finally made it inside. Del Mar was helpful and apologetic, stating they would provide a small refund for our troubles, but I’m not sure if they actually did that. The other big issue was the bed in the first floor bedroom - the frame was not put together properly and it caused the mattress to severely sag in the middle so the 2 people sleeping in there did not sleep that first night. Again, Del Mar was responsive and sent a technician out to fix it. We later found the pieces to the bed frame in a dresser drawer."

"Quintessential super cute Cape. The kids room was nicely appointed and the king bed was cozy. It was well stocked with blankets and towels. Host/management company was helpful and responsive. Loved that there were some books and board games for rainy days. As a parent with young kids and an older dog, I appreciated everything being on one floor and having a backyard with green space and seating. My only real grievance was that the shower stall is small so it was difficult to shave my legs. Overall, it was a welcoming home and we had a lovely holiday."

"This home is all about the view. The views of Chatham Harbor are nothing short of spectacular. Additionally, the access to the private beach is a real luxury, particularly during peak busy times. The house itself is Cape Cod simple- pretty basic."
