"From the communications with the host before the stay to the stay itself to check out, this was an amazing trip. We stayed here in the winter and the house was warm and cozy. The house is equipped with all a family needs for a restful and enjoyable stay- comfy beds, lots of games, etc. The power flickered during a snow storm (the whole town lost power for 2-3 minutes) and the boiler clicked off. The property manager was at the house in less than 10 minutes! James quickly set things right and we stayed toasty. Located right around the corner from Main Street, we were able to walk to restaurants, shops, and more. A wonderful house with great amenities and wonderful host. "

"The check in was easy, the house was clean and comfortable and in a convenient location. The electric fireplace was great for warming up after a cold walk on the beach. One thing to note if you are bringing dogs is that when you arrive, there is a sign asking you to try not to leave your dog unattended in the house and the info book says not to let your dogs on the furniture. Both are typically listed on the property description and would have been good to know before booking. "

"This property was fabulous on all counts. It had great communal spaces for large groups to wine, dine, swim, and play games. It is a short walk to town and a longer but beautiful walk to the beach. Communication was quick and professional! I highly recommend this property!"

"Such a great property and convenient location. The set up of the house is perfect for a large group or families since the bedrooms are set away from the kitchen and common areas. The host was fantastic and gave us lots of information on things to do in the area. The host checked in with us on during our stay to be sure we were all set! Excellent customer relations! Unfortunately we were unable to check out the beach because of the weather but otherwise, it was perfect!"

"We had a fabulous stay in Chatham! I was with 9 other women on a girls’ getaway. The location was perfect! We walked to town, several times and had drinks at Chatham Bars Inn, which was also within walking distance to the house. We spent an entire afternoon in bathing suits at lighthouse beach. The weather was perfect for sunbathing in late September! We made a big dinner our last night. Thank you, Paul, for quickly responding to my message about the grill. Much appreciated! Everyone was very pleased how it all worked out. We loved the spaciousness of the house. There was plenty of room for all of us and the backyard was perfect for corn hole! Thank you for everything! "The kitchen was fully stocked and had many extras. There was an extra refrigerator. The bedrooms were perfect and the downstairs shower was really nice. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate for us to use the backyard and fire pit, but we enjoyed mornings on the front deck."
