"This hotel is more ment for people who live at hotels ,smells horrible, rooms smell bad, my daughter wouldn’t even step foot in the shower I had to take her to her friends hotel to shower, ice machine is broken, no food at all , all the hook ups like there was food at one point of time in life, coffee machine but no cups. "The room was perfect, spacious and clean with full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Room was cleaned while we were out and the hot chocolate chip cookies were the best touch. Hot tub at the end of the day was amazing. The staff, especially Malaysia at the front desk was awesome. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, but not terrible a little pricey though. You do need a rental car here though, nothing is in walking distance but we found driving in Pittsburgh fairly easy. We liked the location to the Penguins Arena and to many of the sites!! Would definitely recommend and will stay there again!!"
