"I like and appreciate everything about Sofitel London Heathrow, except the lack of signage letting you know how to get there from the Heathrow Express at Terminal 5... This is the second time I've stayed here, but this time I had a harder time finding the hotel, from the Heathrow Express at Terminal 5, than I did 2 yrs ago... Better, meaning more, signage directing you to their reception lobby would greatly improve check-in after a long day of traveling."

"This property is great. About 10-12min walking to Buckingham palace, 15min to Big Ben. Great location with food around. Train station around the corner and a lot of cabs. Highly recommend the breakfast option during your stay because it is a game changer. Buffet style breakfast restaurant access from 7-10:30 during your stay which made it convenient not having to look for food in the morning to get your day started. "

"The staff was helpful. The room was quiet. The only issue I had was the first day, my room was not made up. But when I notified the front desk, the had house keeping come up and clean it while we went out to dinner."

"The room was cozy and clean. I enjoyed the cookies, tea and chocolate the hotel provided in the room. The hotel staff was particularly helpful in storing my luggage while I walked around the city both before check in and after I checked out. The location was fantastic!"
