This was a very nice hotel! Nicely equipped kitchen, nice big shower, comfortable bed with extra blanket! The best was the washer and dryer in our room! The location in cbd was perfect. Close to shopping! I would recommend and would definitely stay here again if ever in Brisbane

The Novotel is an excellent hotel. It is right across the street from nice restaurants and shopping center. The hotel itself has a restaurant with a decent menu but the prices are a little high as you can walk across the street and purchase almost the same meal for a little less. The room was excellent as it had 2 queen beds that were quite comfortable and the linens were good and soft. We stayed here our first stay in Brisbane and my husband was very upset I hadn't booked it on our return when we came back just to catch our flight back to the states. I booked next to the airport and won't make that mistake again.

Perfect location to downtown and all aspects of surrounding areas. Walk through the botanical gardens or take a ferry or walking bridge to get away from the CBD area or walk straight down Albert to everything you’ll need. Pool is great as well.

This place is a gem. The room was modern. Spacious and very clean. Check-in was very easy and fast. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We flew in from overseas and had to get Rapid Antigen Covid test kits but because we came in very late it would've been impossible to find a place to go buy these test kits late at night. Excellent stay - perfect sized apartment, comfortable bed, sauna & gym, supplies at the ready. My only bit of advice is to put robes in the rooms. My bathroom was thru the living room. They had them to sell but no room in suitcase/no need to buy.
