Great location in Hartlepool, which is such a cute town to visit! We stayed here to see a Premier League game up in Sunderland, so the proximity to the train station as well as walkability to local restaurants and marina was great! Room was very spacious, and breakfast the next morning was great, even as someone who is gluten free!

Extremely clean and friendly bed and breakfast. Jackie and John were so hospitable and genuinely love having guests at their B&B. The room was large, well stocked, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast was delicious and cooked fresh every morning. The location was easily accessible from the Redcar train station and in very close proximity to the beach and downtown area with lots of cute shops. We enjoyed the spacious suite that had a gorgeous view of Durham Cathedral. The location was perfect walking distance to the river and attractions and restaurants in town.

What a wonderful little place to stay right in the heart of Staithes. The owner is super friendly and cooks an amazing breakfast. We stayed in the Botany Bay room which has an amazing view. For those arriving by car, I would advise parking at the top of the hill and taking only essentials down to the property with you as there is no parking down there.

Everybody at the property was very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was excellent great choice. And you would be Renz not to eat in the restaurant there. It is very popular with many of the locals and there is a reason for that. The food is excellent. There are great portions and it is nice just to sit in a cozy English pub to eat.

We really loved this hotel. Our room (The Admiral's Room) was fantastic - nice bathroom - and very clean. Staff were OK, but service was a little slow. Breakfast was good. Grounds were beautiful, although it would have been nice to have a trail to walk in the summer.
