"Our stay was very comfortable with the staff being extremely helpful and pleasant. Our room was very good although the steps in the room up to the bathroom and lounge area were disconcerting and could lead to trips and falls by young or old. The evening meals and breakfast were very good with a reasonable choice and well prepared and served. The parking area was less desirable with very rough ground and lack of organised parking bays."

"I haven't received the email with the key code yet. When I managed to reach the responsible person, they sounded frustrated on the phone, as if it was my fault they hadn't fulfilled their responsibilities properly The advertisement was ambiguous, and I wasn't aware that the bathroom was separate. Additionally, the room wasn't clean, and the towels provided were dirty, so I had to get my own. The heating wasn't functioning, and it was uncomfortably cold. I had to sleep with a hoodie, but I was still cold."
