"This property wasn’t even on my radar as my searches only include homes with private pools. But since FB spies on my searches, this place popped up in my feed and it looked like everything we were looking for, just without the pool. So, I went ahead and booked it, and it was a great decision! The home itself is wonderful and very functional. The a/c works great which is a must for me and the home had everything we needed for our stay. The view from inside and from the upper deck is breath taking. But the little beach and the water......I love the ocean but it's a little intimidating for me normally. The depth of the water and the clear blue color here was perfect for someone like me. We made great use of the kayaks and stand-up paddle boards. We saw a sting ray, a few fish and saved a starfish that had gotten up too high on the beach. The lounging area on the beach is also perfect for tanning all day long if that's your thing. We enjoyed the relaxation and space here so much that the only place we went was to the grocery store. That's really unusual for us as we like to explore, but we just didn't feel the need to go find other beautiful places while we were sitting at a beautiful place already. The roads are pretty rough, but we wasted money on a jeep since we didn't use it much and a car will make it just fine with some skilled driving, so keep that in mind when pricing rentals. "This house had everything you need! Fully stocked with toys, fishing rods, kayaks, etc. No need to go anywhere. House also had everything you need inside. Very responsive host. Highly recommend "

"The Saint Francis resort was a perfect choice for our recent family trip. We had our 3 kids along being ages 16, 14 and 11. I had warned them it wasn’t a lavish resort and it was going to be a nice relaxing vacation. Relaxing is exactly what it was! From what we saw, the oceanside at any given time had a maximum of 10 people in view. And at most times it was just us on the beach. The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. Shout out to Shantel, Desmond, Torez, Kara, Delly, Mary, Stafford and Chacho! You all made it a great memorable family vacation and I thank you for that. The food was great! Our 11 year old really enjoyed eating like a king! If you want a private beach and relaxing resort that delivers great hospitality, this one is for you! Thanks again! "

"When we walked through the door for the first time it literally took our breath away. We have been coming to Exuma for 12 years and thought we had seen it all. This is by far nicer then anything we have ever seen. The sand bar is a screensaver and the beauty of this property and home is stunning. If you want to get away and enjoy paradise this is heaven. It is beyond words. Staff were amazing, there whenever we needed anything but total privacy the rest of the time. Judy was amazing, great AC, lighting fast internet, sunrise and sunset from the glass walls in the living room. We have already booked our return trip this fall! Thank you, we miss it already!"
