"My partner, myself, my daughter and my two grandchildren staued the night in the sunshine house.. We were attending my mums funeral and it was the perfect place to rest, align, relax and prepare emotionally for the funeral held the bext day.. We were opposite the river which was very tranquil and peaceful.. Our accommodation was perfectly clean and we could not fault anything.. We are thinking to return again for a holiday retreat.. Absolutey stunning.. Perfect staff also.."

"We stayed here for nights over kings birthday weekend with our 2 teenage kids. The location was great for Paihia and Kerikeri and a evening walk to Haruru Falls. The house is in a great location in a quiet street with superb views out over towards the Waitangi treaty grounds and Bay Of Islands. The house was nice and clean, a little dated perhaps but had everything we needed for the weekend. There is room for a couple of cars and a boat on the drive. The owners were great with comms and check in was easy."

"The staff are super-friendly here. The location is amazing - the view awesome. You can walk easily to restaurants, shops or pop across to the beach. I loved sitting on the balcony watching people doing their thing. The room was well appointed, clean, neat, had everything you needed and more, plus a washing machine. We really loved staying here and would come back easily."
