"I have been staying overnight there for the past 4 months maybe they have roaches and bedbugs plus no refrigerator or microwaves in rooms"

"The room was ok. The lobby washroom was filthy and out of order. I really had to use the washroom during check in. There were people ahead of me and I couldn’t hold it. I had to use the dirty washroom. Also the pool was out of order. I stayed previously in October or November and the pool was out of order the as well. That is truly unacceptable. "

"I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was completely unacceptable. We reserved 3 rooms. Our first room was filthy and in disarray at check-in (mattresses against the wall) and we were moved. However, all rooms were filthy with food, a lot of stains (red, white and chunks of brown on the bathroom wall behind toilet) and debris on floors. Food and thick dust in A/C unit. Ripped and stained furniture and bedding. There was a smoke/fire incident with insufficient alarm communication and no clear staff-led evacuation guidance. Guests had to evacuate in thick smoke after another guest alerted people. One of our rooms had a broken deadbolt. The pool area was a mess. There was not enough food at breakfast for the number of guests. I would not recommend this property for families, single women or anyone prioritizing safety and cleanliness."

"Overall, I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. One of the best parts was that I was able to bring my pet with me, which made the trip so much easier and more enjoyable. The cleaning staff did an amazing job during my stay. On the second day, they changed the sheets and towels and kept everything very clean and organized. Their attention to detail was truly appreciated. The only downside was the breakfast. Unfortunately, there was not much variety. It mainly consisted of muffins and waffles, and I was expecting a few more options available for guests. Other than that, everything was perfect, and I would definitely stay here again."

"I don't like the fact that you allow kids at this property. They run around unsupervised, going to the pool. The property should be for people 21 and older!!"

"I made the reservation for my husband through Expedia. When I was doing it, I choose my husband name, but for some reason confirmation came under my name, may be because Expedia membership is under my name. We have the same last name and credit card which we used under my husband name. He came to hotel and front desk guy by the name Sunny did not let him check in. I called the hotel, the guy from Expedia customer service called him, but he kept saying no, I can’t let you in. The guy from Expedia canceled our last minute reservation, refunded our money and my husband went to another hotel Best Western, where he got the very nice room and front desk guy was very polite. I will never make the reservation for this hotel and not recommend to anybody."

"This was the most horrible stay I've ever had. When we first check in we wasn't really treated. The person at the front desk or front window I should say was really rude. When I got the key to the first room nothing in the room worked. The lights didnt work nor the air. The room also didn't have a phone and it smelt like urine. So I went back to the office and all he would say was "well do you want another room" no apology or anything. He gave me another room and this room one light worked. But the others we could not turn on because they flickers like strob lights. The room had a phone but it didn't work. There was no TV remote. So we had to go to the office again and they gave us a remote that didn't work so we went again. The represent said that if this one doesn't work just call, I told him the phone doesnt work he said I can just come with you. So he followed to our room and ensured the remote worked. On our second day we needed service was on request so I went to the office and asked for towels and trash to be taken out and the was around 1pm. We didn't not come back to the room until 7pm still no new towels and trash was not taken out. The man in the office said "I can take your towels" when I was coming to bring him the towel he was coming out the office and told me to follow him to get more towel. Mind you I'm a woman I had to send my husband to go get the towels. I would never recommend this place to anyone I know. To be honest this should be taken off Hotels.com"
