"The hotel was great and the staff was awesome. From early checkin to allowing us to store our luggage for late departure. Coffee/tea in the morning was great. The location was awesome and walkable to the bean and other attractions."

"I pulled up to the hotel and was told they oversold their rooms. They offered me $50 and an extra $10 for a taxi to their other location, 1 mile away and not at all on the river. I lost my river room, and lost my centralized location which I had planned my whole itinerary around. I was only in Chicago for a day and it was my first time ever visiting, and I had to cancel my museum tour due to the extra time I had to spend walking and riding the train. Instead I slept in a room with a view of a brick wall, literally"
