"I made the reservation for my husband through Expedia. When I was doing it, I choose my husband name, but for some reason confirmation came under my name, may be because Expedia membership is under my name. We have the same last name and credit card which we used under my husband name. He came to hotel and front desk guy by the name Sunny did not let him check in. I called the hotel, the guy from Expedia customer service called him, but he kept saying no, I can’t let you in. The guy from Expedia canceled our last minute reservation, refunded our money and my husband went to another hotel Best Western, where he got the very nice room and front desk guy was very polite. I will never make the reservation for this hotel and not recommend to anybody."
