Each of the bedrooms is furnished with a flat-screen TV. There are 3 rooms with Queen Beds, and a room with a double over double bunk bed with a single trundle. There is also a queen sofa bed in the living room.

The hot tub is open daily from 9 AM to 10 PM, except on Thursdays when it opens later, from 12 PM to 9 PM.

- **Parking:** There is parking for 2 vehicles. Other vehicles will have to park on the street
- **Events:** The property is ideal for family gatherings, but please reach out if you're planning an event to ensure it aligns with house rules.
- **Noise Policy:** Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM to respect neighbors and the peaceful mountain setting.
- **Pets:** No Pets Allowed
