"Excellent stay, very clean and quiet had a lovely room with a nice view. Staff were friendly and helpful. Check in and out was quick and easy. Hot pool was lovely after a long day walking around and the keg restaurant was very good too. I plan to return again next year! "

"We had one of the Lodge Suites so we had a lot of space for just two people. A little surprised when we got there at 8.30pm that a function had taken over the only open restaurant in the hotel (meaning we had to go out to get dinner after a long flight across the Atlantic) and also that the buffet breakfast would only be available on the first day as the restaurant would then be refurbished. Advance warning would have been nice. But location is great between the town centre and the Bow River....

"I enjoyed staying at Banff Inn, they allowed us early check in , very friendly and helpful staff overall. The room was a bit tight space for 5 people however we were able to sleep comfortably. The only downside for the room was not enough lights we felt that the room was overall very dimmed,(no ceiling light and night stand was not bright enough) and upstair loft had limited plug in. however this was just our preference overall it was a good stay , everything was at walking distance and the...

"Very nice hotel, very close to the downtown. Many restaurants near, and everything is walkable. There is a parking lot with limited space and height restrication. The room was quiet. "

Chambres principalement au rez de chaussée avec une cours arrière pas invitante du tout étant donné son exigüité . Pour votre info les chiens et chats sont acceptés, cependant les propriétaires des animaux très respectueux des règles d’hygiène."

"After reading some poor reviews, i have to differ. Love this place, across the walkway to the Bow River, within an easy walk to Banff Avenue. Or room is amazing, clean, spacious. Nothing to complain about here. Check in lady was absolutely lovely. Quick and an early check in. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Travelling from Australia.5* from us."

"The room was great and the location is convenient. I was disappointed with the breakfast. The eggs, sausage and potatoes were cold. I was also surprised you used disposble cups, plates and cutlery. I paid over $800.00 for two people for two nights . I expected more effort for the breakfast."
