"Loved this hostel! The staff were relaxed and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. We booked the 10 bed dorm and they put us in a 6 bed which was nice! The bathrooms were great and cleaned thoroughly daily. The hostel was very secure with key cards for your room/locker. The hostel is very close to the metro. Everything was amazing . I will definitly come again"

The receptionists were constantly getting confused about this, refusing to let me into the room as they claimed I hadn't paid, before backtracking and realising I had, and then forgetting all over again the following day. - The cleaners were extremely loud in the morning, slamming doors in the corridor from 6am. - There was an ALIVE BEETLE in the bed. The staff didn't understand why this was unsatisfactory. - The pillow was a tiny square cushion with lumpy...

"A little bit far from city center, but there is a big station nearby, which was convenient. Shared rooms did not have bunk bed, which was very nice. There were many extension cord all over the place in the middle of the room because power plugs were not sufficient. People tripping all the time."

"We arrived to Vienna. We found the hostel because of the good announcement outside. The workers in the front desk were excellent. The cleanliness great, and the breakfast awesome."
