"An older building but recently rennovated. We stayed there for one night over the King's birthday weekend and the resort was fully booked, yet the two staff on Reception handled the registration for us, and others, in a helpful and friendly manner.The continental breakfast was adequate and again the staff handled the service quickly and efficiently. Yes, we would stay there again."

"Great motel for families! There was a tennis and basketball court. There is also a hot tub for private use but it requires a booking and it’s free! The rooms were also very spacious and warm. The bed was also big and soft!"

The unique historical features of the property were well-preserved and maintained. The room could benefit from a refresh, but it was still clean and in good working order. Great views from the room. "This property although it was very old suited our purpose for our stay, we just needed a clean bed and somewhere to shower. Where it is situated is right on a lighted intersection and trucks and other traffic had to stop or start off again. After a few nights we became somewhat acclimatised to the noise which was very loud most mornings and evenings. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. "

"Fulfilled the purpose of an overnight stay. Warm and quiet. Would have liked easier access to drinking water(kettle hard to manipulate in bathroom) Also unattractive outlook to motorway from window. If permissible more native trees out there would be nice"
