"I had a terrible time at that place. The first thing, I didn't stay at Residencial Las Palmera but instead at Residencial Las Estrellas in Boca Chica. And the second thing, the man there tried to charge more than what's online. My apartment with two bedrooms was pretty bad. There wasn't air conditioning and it was hot on the first floor. So I had to stay in my bedroom for the rest of the days when there was AC. Then, the fridge stopped working and the WiFi connection sucked so badly that it...

They are so kind courteous and respectful and I recommend this property to anybody that’s seeking one it’s really close to the beach about five minutes walk and there’s restaurants in the area. "Nightmare! Where do i start. 1st of all , hotel is under new ownership, some italians, not really friendly and don’t speak English or Spanish ( very well) . Its not even called El Caucho anymore... is Luismart or something like that. When you try to find it with google maps from expedia app it takes you to wrong spot. Had to ask locals. Reserved this place for 6 nights through expedia as i wanted to check out the boca chica area. Doesnt accept credit/ debit card. There is no restaurant...
