"My husband and I would come back here in a heartbeat. We were blown away with the breaktfast and dinner each day. We were so stuffed and impressed by the presentation. We booked the private baths without any issues and we were lucky that each time it was available for us. The staff was so nice and welcoming. They picked us up from the train station and drove us to the closest bus station on our free day in Hakone, we thought that was very helpful because walking to the station would be impossible. "

It was an incredible experience and the staff experience alone should make people run here in droves!! It sadly rained (4.5 inches in one day alone) while we were there but the staff was always helpful with information, alternative advice, and wonderful smiles.
