"Awesome location right on tbe beach. Beautiful home with a well stocked kitchen. Internet was good for 7 people. The only problem really was the cleanliness. The floors had not been cleaned. There were blocks under the couchs. You could see dust and sand under all the beds, furniture, and on the floors. The upstairs master shower had mold in from not being cleaned properly. There was a very musty smell when we 1st walked in the home. We didn't receive a text stating it was ready until we finally just went over and then received a text after the fact once we signed into the internet. With proper cleaning I would definitely want to rent again."

"This property was the perfect size. There were only 2 of us that stayed there and it was great because we had our own bedroom and bath. We loved that the living room, dining room and kitchen were on the upper floor to give the person that wanted to sleep in the quiet they needed! The short walk to the beach was great and a lot of great places to eat was within walking distances. We hope to come back year year to Avon and hope this place will be available again. "

"We had the unfortunate luck of starting our vacation right when hatteras was being evacuated for hurricane Erin. Sergey was an excellent host, communicating with us the whole time and arranging alternate plans on the fly as no one knew when the island would reopen. Not only was he an incredibly flexible host, his home is wonderfully done to accommodate a family or small group and the location is in an ideal spot within Avon. We will be rebooking this property again for next year and hope we can stay the full time then! "
