"What an amazing home! It was perfect for our large family. 5 beautiful bedrooms with their own bathrooms, plus a room for our grandson to sleep undisturbed. We were grateful for the baby gate upstairs and another bathroom on the top floor. We loved all the game options (board games, foosball, a giant sized connect four), the hot tub was perfect each night, everything was very cozy. We were also so close to shopping, the pier and restaurants. There were also wild deer roaming in the neighborhood!Justin was very responsive each time I had questions. If we are ever in town, we hope this house is available.Highly recommend! Thank you Justin!!"

"This was a great property for families and dogs. Quality furnishing, open footprint, and great yard for dogs to stretch out in. This property was conveniently located for the Blackbeard Revenge races that we were in town for. Our two families enjoyed our stay with plenty of time in the hot tub and watching sunrises. "

"Upstairs bathroom comode would not flush properly And water ran all the time. No lights on 1st floor and outside in garage had to use phone light getting out of car to find the door and go up the stairs. House smelt real musty had to buy spray and kill Oder and open windows and run fans beds smelt bad too. Floor and rugs were dirty.showers pressure was very weak. Sinks had mold under stop drains particles coming out when water was on. One garbage can lid was gone kids toys was everywhere on ground in garage."

"Beware! Property is a Brindley Beach property, a company I will never deal with again due to their deceptive business practices. After booking & paying for the trip & trip insurance through Vrbo, Brindley contacted me directly requesting my payment. Confused, I checked my card and saw that 1 of the 2 Vrbo pending charges was gone; the other smaller one posted. The Brindley agent said that my card would not go through for some reason & I needed to pay them directly after signing the lease. She did not respond to my mention of strangeness that I had plenty of remaining credit & the trip insurance fee cleared. I signed the lease; paid the deposit including a dog fee that was not mentioned on the Vrbo site. After paying Brindley the final deposit, I realized I had not received any info about my trip insurance. After several phone calls with Vrbo & Brindley, I discovered Brindley cancelled my 1st deposit because they do NOT accept payments thru Vrbo, my trip insurance was also cancelled, AND that the posted Vrbo charge was Vrbo's booking fee! (A fee I could have avoided had I booked directly through Brindley.) I was also told that I should have purchased trip insurance through Brindley - I would have done so had I known mine thru Vrbo was actually cancelled - but it was too late now because I had already paid in full. Property especially kitchen was dirty, requiring several hrs of cleaning & poorly maintained - old sagging mattresses, strong dog urine odor, etc."
