Since we were a group aged 19 to 93 it was a great place to gather and my mom could sit in the treehouse dining area while everyone else buzzed around prepping and cooking. The coffee and tea area was like being in a luxury hotel and the cookware, dishware, and glassware was over the top!"

The cozy atmosphere inside; the light and beautiful views of the water from every room made us not want to leave for a minute! Outdoor spaces were perfect for coffee in the morning. The dock was made for early evening cocktails. It was a wonderful experience and we look forward to spending time here again soon!"

"Charming antique property full of character with private backyard, minutes to everything in Old Saybrook. Note- bedrooms half bath are upstairs along with lovely family room, full bath with shower is down. Property was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!"
