Lack of amenities. There was no intercom or phone for calling reception. Booked two rooms and it was interconnected but asked team several time to unlock door which they kept giving excuses. The time of booking asked for smoking room whereas they gave us non smoking room. Great thing was parking was free and available.

The onsite restaurant has a wonderful breakfast option, so add it to your stay.
As a solo traveler I felt quite safe, and the staff was wonderful! Will definitely stay here again.

This is a quaint hotel. The bathrooms are brand new, but the rest of the hotel has an English feel that welcomes you. The elevators are very small, but we never had any problems using them. There is a wonderful bar and an excellent restaurant. The staff could not be nicer. We had a dedicated doorman who helped me in and out of taxis. We loved every minute of our stay and would highly recommend it.
