"It's close to the centre of Hexham, and quite spacious. Parking on the street is for residents only, but we managed to park nearby for free in the Wentworth car park (white spaces).Cleanliness wasn't great and there were several issues with the accommodation which made me think there aren't regular inspections (e.g. lack of cutlery, broken door handle, blocked drain, wrong sized sheets). "The kitchen had no heating, was freezing trying to make food, towards end of stay a leak from the boiler appeared. Just was a nightmare with heating not having in every room etc. kitchen was full of condensation on walls running down etc. didn't enjoy the stay"

"A clean and caringly furnished property that made good use of the small space. Well equipped, given the limited cooking facilities. Brochures and maps of the area were much appreciated. The front door opens straight onto the street and in the daytime this is quite busy. It quietens at night though. An electric fan would be a welcome piece of equipment."
