He coordinated for another location and all instructions were sent in a timely manner. "This property is not what is advertised. We were expecting what we viewed online a luxurious ground floored 2 bed apartment . What we got was a filthy smelly run down 2 bedroom split level dump!!! Everything was sticky, dirty and not as described in the brochure that accompanys the apartment. To say we were disappointed is an understatement. No reply to our complaints either. We are very lucky not to have come away with bed bugs or fleas the place is just gross"
