The hotel staff was very nice. I had an issue with a broken shower head and they fixed it quickly. They helped with local info as well. The pub was exactly what you imagine a English pub to be. Decor was nice, the staff at the pub was very friendly, food and drinks were good, and local residents at the pub were just as friendly. This was a fun hotel to stay at. I had a wonderful experience while staying at this lodge! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were always appropriately stocked and well maintained. The location was conveniently close to a bus stop that takes you to the local shopping center and underground station. Overall no complaints.

This was our 5 th year we have stayed here. Very close to the Heathrow airport. An excellent place to stay the night after a long flight. Perfect for getting a next day flight to other parts of Europe. Far from London city , around 50 minutes depending on traffic if you get a Bolt or taxi.

This property is great if you want to be near the airport; otherwise, it is very far from the City Center.

Excellent hotel with beautiful rooms

Amazing hotel with some very nice touches. The US socket in the room was very helpful. The breakfast was top rate - better than most US hotels. Such a perfect place for our first couple days of our trip to London.

Charming B&B located in a village next to the airport. The room my family stayed was spacious and clean. The owners were polite and very helpful with the information we needed including lending us adapters for phone chargers. For dinner, they recommended The Crown Pub located just a minute walk. The food was good and inexpensive.

The hotel a five minutes' walk from Terminal 4 departures through an enclosed walkway. Since Terminal 5 was built, the location is less busy, and the room pricing is more reasonable. Standards remain high and there is free transport to and from Terminal 4 from the other terminals.

Everything was as expected. Would definitely stay again!

This is a family owned hotel. The owners and staff really cared about making our experience a good one. Our room was spacious, clean, and modern.

Friendly owner, property looks nicely kept and they are continuously making upgrades to keep this place pleasant and nice. The shower is great, with powerful pressure with the main shower head, and it has a handheld shower heaad option to the side of the main shower which is real nice. The area around the property is quiet and rich with trees and fresh green grass, the weather is cloudy at times and wet which makes the enviornment so relaxing to walk and explore.

The hotel is amazing and the staff is great. Other than a long distance from elevator to my room. I got lost several times it was by far the best hotel. The only dilemma is that it is far from city center and there is not a train station close.

Interesting. Modern vibe. Friendly. Drinks and food quite expensive. Airport shuttle bus awkward to navigate and erratic departures.

This was our last night in England before flying out of Heathrow. We found this to be the ideal place to stay on our last night. It is a beautiful location, right on the river. So you' get to enjoy your vacation up to the last minute. The pub and restaurant at the hotel were both first-rate. Our room was very comfortable, and the staff took care of our every need, including getting us a cab to the airport in the morning.
