"Check-in was fine, but the room was so incredibly small, fitting in it with suitcases with just myself, my husband & our toddler was nearly impossible. When we got into the room, it was cramped and very warm. We adjusted the climate control and received no reprieve from the "cooler" air. When I looked at the vent itself, it was completed filled with dust and clearly had not been cleaned in a disconcerting amount of time. The floors being carpeted also was weird. How clean could those really be? The bathroom was very small and not very clean looking. We spoke to the front desk and asked if anything could be done about the temperature & at first the girl looked at us as if we were crazy then questioned if we really tried to troubleshoot the matter before reporting the issue. Then offered a fan but not maintenance nor another room. Another employee overheard and stated maintenance would be sent up. We left for dinner & came back and the issue had clearly either not been addressed or just not rectified & ignored. We checked out within minutes of this and booked another hotel nearby. Cannot and will not recommend these accommodations to anyone."
