Everything was clean, fresh, and comfortable, which made it easy to settle in and enjoy the stay. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into keeping the rooms to such a high standard. "Absolutely unprofessional and rude behavior of member of staff at reception in the 01 may morning. Will not recommend to deal with this hotel if that is work related stay. A member of staff was inadequate and incompetent. Refusing to provide with a room invoice, where i have paid DIRECTLY to reception on my check in, blindly arguing with people from abroad whos primary language is not English. And in fact being wrong in a situation he created."

"It was my first visit and I enjoyed it very much. I went for a lovely walk around the hotel, the grounds are really nice. Staff were also very friendly. I used the sauna and steam room, both were really nice. The pool floor needed a clean, I know it’s busy, but it really did need it. I will definitely go again to this hotel. Breakfast was really good also."
