"The property is located in a very affluent area. Totally peaceful and quiet. The furniture and fittings are first class and in particular the enormous bed is extremely comfortable. There is everything you could possibly want available to you. In particular the freestanding bath gives you views of the field with roaming deer present on most days. I would however like to raise two negative points (which I must emphasise only affected myself). The settees and chair although extremely expensive I felt being a person of a certain height they were a little uncomfortable with no back rest. Also, if you are susceptible to midges, I would suggest you bring with you insect repellent as this particular time of year they were a load of biting Insects about."

"We booked this property for a family celebration. It is located in a very pleasant location close to Chichester Harbour. We had a lovely Sunday lunch in the local pub and a good breakfast in the harbour cafe.The house and garden are beautiful, all the bedrooms are well sized and all have en suite bathrooms except one which has its own, just not en suite. The kitchen is very well appointed and we enjoyed cooking in it. The heated pool was the star attraction for us. Getting to splash around every day was lots of fun. I would definitely return and recommend a stay here."

"Great location to stay between days at west wittering beach. A lovely property which was quiet and clean. The bed has a fantastic mattress and quality bedding but the pillows require a refresh. A hand held shower only, a higher wall mount would likely solve this. Kitchen requires a vegetable peeler but all other items a high standard and a pleasure to cook with. Would definitely stay again.
