There were seven of us staying (six adults and one child), and the place was absolutely immaculate throughout.Communication was excellent from start to finish, and the keys were ready for us on arrival, which made check-in really easy. "Great central location for Chichester town and the theatre. A spacious accommodation and comfortable seating areas and very comfy beds. Great showers and so handy having 2 bathrooms upstairs. A little noisy in the evening from the bedroom with the pub next door - but not a problem as long as you know about this. We would definitely stay again."
