"We enjoyed our stay in Kingley, although felt that the property could do with some extra tlc, especially regarding carpets and window fittings. It would also have helped if there had been a sofa bed in the study, as we had two boys who did not wish to share a double bed and we had two girls in the twin bedded room.. "Rooms and general house were clean but under beds and furniture needs to be addressed. That being said the house was lovely and in a great location and I would definitely stay again. Kitchen was great and milk tea coffee plus delicious biscuits left for arriving. Beds very comfortable and a holiday house that felt like home. I would easily recommend for a home from home break in Chichester. "
