"Wanted to change nights to 3 September and unable to get the money back even though we gave a month’s notice. On that event, we will not be recommending these people again."

"Great all round clean and everything"

"The house is beautifully appointed and furnished and has everything you might need for a relaxing break. "

"The Boat House is a stunning building in a lovely location. The property is well laid out, takes advantage of the views and has everything you need. The bottle of prosecco and lemon drizzle cake were a nice touch too. Lots of nice walks nearby and a good pub just a 15 minute walk away."

"Great stay had by my husband, 2 teenagers and me "

"This was our first holiday in this lovely house, the location to the shops, restaurants & beach was perfect. Spacious bedrooms & lovely shower in the en suite bedroom. We were there during the heatwave & it was nice having the bedrooms downstairs as they were a lot cooler than the upstairs lounge."

"We had a lovely stay and the property was very clean. Great location and would definitely recommend it."

"We had a great stay at Millside, with our two dogs. Some great walks to be had, particularly on the coast and at the Kingley Vale nature reserve. The property was very spacious and comfortable. The shower spray over the bath wasn’t the easiest to use but overall it was a lovely place, would love to go back"

"The house and gardens were perfect for our family gathering."

"This is a convenient clean property with great access to the Portsmouth Ferry and the shops and a restaurants within easy walking distance in Gosport"

"We'd thoroughly recommend this property, where you have everything you need (and more) for a week or two away from home. Very dog friendly, and just a short walk from a lovely park and onto a long, sandy beach where the dogs had a whale of a time. A good sized and secure back garden, and views over The Solent towards the mainland. We can not fault this property."

"Property is in a very good position over looking the Solent and walkable to Southsea or Portsmouth. Had everything we needed and particularly enjoyed the roof garden"

"Well appointed property, amazing garden and location great. A lovely holiday thank you."
