"Great place to stop just outside of Little Rock. We struggle to find a place to stay that was not in the middle of the city. I found a Gem at this Best Western Plus. Super friendly, really comfortable bed and pet friendly. (one of the few with reasonable pet fee in the area) Breakfast was a delightful surprise with all of the options. "

"We arrived late after a long day’s drive across the country and the reception guy was fantastic! He was so kind and thoughtful and we got exactly the room we wanted. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, the towels and linens smelled clean and fresh, and the breakfast was fantastic with eggs, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, toast, and coffee. We felt that we really lucked out calling from the road!! "

"The staff was friendly and accommodating, but there were issues with the rooms. The tv's in the first room were an issue, so we were moved. The second room didn't have hot water and the air wasn't cooling. The third room was better but there wasn't an anti slip mat for the tub and my guest nearly fell in the tub. Seeing that he is 6'3" and weighs near 300# that would have been a catastrophe. This is the first time we've been so inconvenienced and are going to likely look for other accommodations for our future trips. With all of this, we weren't even offered any kind of compensation/discount for our inconveniences. "

"The hotel was clean. And the right price. There were only two things that weren’t great but not anything that hurt our stay. There is road construction going on where the hotel is located at the moment. I do also wish they had an elevator. Having to carry our bags up stairs wasn’t the greatest. Not much for breakfast. But it was a great one night stay."
