We feel welcomed and well cared for upon arrival by Jeff. He goes out of his way to make sure we have a great stay at the Crowne Plaza. "We stayed one night at this property prior to boarding our cruise ship. We only chose the property because of its proximity to the port, but we were pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, ane we enjoyed our stay. We only had to walk a few blocks to decent dining options, and we found an excellent restaurant on the other side of the Red Hook area."
