"It was very easy to check in and out at Big Tree, the rental unit was clean and exactly what I needed and the surroundings were quiet and pleasant. Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful. If you need a place to stay in Arcadia, Florida I would definitely recommend the Big Tree RV Resort."

"Ok at best. The location (2 Mako Dr.) was fine, but the AC failed the 1st night and the cottage was 88 degrees. Maintenance fixed it quickly, but the next day I received a call that another maintenance person was in the cottage (while I was away) and didn't see a issue. The bath towels were horrible (see through) and their was no soap, but I did appreciate having a washer and dryer. Lastly, check in and check out was awkward as everyone seemed busier on the phone. "While the pool was being renovated and the elevator was out of order, this hotel has been upgraded in its first floor rooms. Everything worked flawlessly and the breakfast was fresh with real sausage and gravy. Staff was very friendly and apologetic for the inconvenience of the renovations. Room was spotless. Beautiful property, we will definitely be staying here in the future."
