The motel was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. I didn't expect the bed to be as comfortable, but the mattress is super soft. The mattress was better than my mattress at home! The staff were very nice and the room was clean. I also felt very safe there (I was staying alone.) My only suggestion is to get better shower heads. My son goes to Lane College there in Jackson, me and my wife have tried a couple of hotels before this one ..all bad experiences...this hotel is the total opposite, friendly staff, clean rooms, overall nice environment...we stay here everytime we come to Jackson now ..a number of restaurants near by and shopping area.. pleasant stay, we drive all the way from Dallas and this is the only hotel we have been satisfied with, no issues thus far . awesome staff

Cute little bar and restaurant, staff super friendly. Room was super cute and well thought out. Very cozy and current decor. It is close to a county hospital, so you may hear so sirens from time to time. The water pressure was a little intense in the shower, the shower heads would be better if adjustable for different water strength, but thats really just a me thing. So overall. 5.0. I highly recommend.

I don’t know if this hotel is new or just newly remodeled. It’s very nice. The single piece shade for the window eliminates that center window gap for light and lack of privacy. Everything was clean and fresh. Staff was nice. I liked the area to purchase drinks and snacks so I didn’t have to go out for them. Hot breakfast was good except they only had sausage as the meat which gives me heartburn. They had a GF cereal. My only complaint is these big bottles of toiletries instead of...
