"This is a hotel in Chinese style, it's not westernized.Its more of old time China. Famous because a lot of famous people have been staying there, including chairman Mao. But it meets western needs and you will probably feel comfortable there as I did."

"Reasonably sized and comfortable room with several downsides. First was the smell of smoke whereby I requested a non-smoking room. The in room dining menu stated it was available up to 10pm but when I called at 9.45pm, I was told it was no longer available. Lastly, my colleague who book into the same room category received fruit basket and dumpling whereas I did not have any welcome items. Rather disappointed with a hotel branding that is under Westin."

"This is the WORST experience we had booking with hotel.com. The rating is totally rigged! The rooms are big with a king and a queen bed in two rooms. The kitchen is nonfunctional and smells. It’s dirtier than a motel in the US. Very dated fixtures, dirty carpet, dirty and stinky bathroom and kitchen. Very poor fluorescent lightings, small towels and not well cleaned. The beds are ok but nothing special. The most ridiculous thing is we had to ask toilet paper from the front desk they pulled out...
