"Lovely spacious, clean room. Good level of soundproofing, no noise from surrounding rooms. Excellent location 6mins walk from Covent Garden Tube Station & 5 mins from the Adelphi Theatre. Breakfast was good, attentive staff and the usual cooked and continental options"

"We reserved a good for two adults and one child. The room was so small with the pull out bed that we could not open the bedroom door all the way to get out. This room should never have been provided to us for this stay. The shower head also came flying off when I went to turn on the water to take a shower. The place is not as depicted in the pictures and is not well taken care of. "

"We only stayed for one night and came by train and on foot. Efficient check in. Great ambiance, room was very good, clean and well designed. Comfortable bed. Went to Canary Wharf for food - lovely walk in (20 minutes)."

"The room at sky level was ok. Had an issue with the toilet running that took a few hrs to get sorted. Only one working elevator so you know it can get impossible to use at certain hrs of the day. No landlines in the room, at reception to use when I had an issue with my credit card (and needed to call my card company - had to go to another hotel to do this). However, the cafe staff is super friendly and the location is excellent - you’re literally steps from the Aldgate East subway station. Overall a decent place but def need to train some staff members, particularly the overnight crew - they’re largely clueless."
