"Great hotel in between Lugano and Paradiso that is easily walkable to both. Parking in the area is a bit tricky but we opted to pay for the hotel's parking and just walk around during our stay. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was spacious enough with comfortable beds and a decent size bathroom. The mini fridge was also quite large and came in super handy to keep our food cool which we purchased from a nearby grocery store. Only thing I wished was different would be to include some basic amenities in the kitchen like cutlery and a coffee machine with pods (i.e. Nespresso or other). We weren't planning to cook any food but would've been nice to have a coffee in the morning and be able to eat some snacks from the store without needing to rely on our own disposable cutlery."
