"You dont actually meet anybody, but there is a help-yourself permanent supply of pastries, bread, cereal, fruit and refreshments. Room was excellent, spacious with good products and sumptious towels. Plenty of parking and very peaceful"

Our room was very good and the hotel and its grounds are beautiful. Our only suggestion is that the house keeping of rooms could be a bit more careful to remember to wash glasses, replenish water and tissues. "

"We booked this hotel as we seen it advertised a pool table, when we arrived we found out it has been taken away. Very out dated rooms. When we arrived for breakfast the chairs in restaurant were disgusting, badly stained and all mis matched. The carpets hadnt even been hoovered and the tables where still dirty not been cleaned properly. Will not be staying there ever again. If i could give zero starts i would."

"Great place. Impressive design features throughout. Bedroom was basic looking, but all commodities were included - iron, ironing board, hair dryer, tea and coffee, kettle. Comfy bed + spare pillow. Staff were polite and helpful. There is scratched paint everywhere, but that's all I would mention as a negative. "

"We had a lovely stay. The staff were absolutely amazing, friendly, welcoming, and genuinely focused on giving us the best experience. The family room was spacious with beautiful décor, and the location was perfect for visiting Chester Zoo (less than a 15-minute drive). The kids loved the games room, and the food was impeccable. Breakfast the next morning was cooked fresh to order, and the chef personally greeted us. He was so lovely and nothing was too much trouble. The only downside was that the jets in the bathtub weren’t working, which was one of the reasons I booked. Because of that, I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely return."
