"An extremely nice cozy hotel located close to the railway station. The rooms were relatively roomy with clean beds and sizable space for toilet, shower and bathtub. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel interior is well designed and built with attention on little details. Serve very good Japanese breakfast. Will try to stay at the Group’s properties in the future. "

"Staff-less check in and check out which worked well. Located near the main shopping strip and about 15-min walk from JR Sendai station this hotel is convenient for most travellers. The hotel itself is modern, new, fairly clean. Surprisingly had a LG closet styler in my room! Things to improve include adding more wall-mounted hooks in the bedroom and bathroom, as the narrow space behind the door was barely sufficient. Else it is a great hotel!"

"It is a no frills type of hotel. But the rooms were clean and quiet. I had a comfortable sleep. The check in process was automatically done at a machine which was very easy to navigate."
