"This was an amazing cottage. The two large double bedrooms have en suites which was really useful. The bathrooms are lovely and modern whilst the rest of the property maintains its historical charm. The study, which runs next to the living room, was also really useful for us as it had a double sofa bed. Great having my son nap in there whilst we were close by in the living room. "Beautiful hotel, second time staying for one night, breakfast included, evening meal have to book separately which was easy to do. Everything about this hotel, location, availability of rooms, staff and food was truly amazing. We will be booking again, probably near Christmas time."

"Clean, 3 bathrooms a plus, quiet area, hot tub was excellent. Decorated nicely, beautiful kitchen with large fridge. If you plan to cook, helpful to know there are no seasonings. Wifi was good. TVs were great too. View of active lock, walkers, ducks, and swans was a definite highlight. "We were staying in the area for the weekend, with family and we wanted a property to suit two adult couples. The location on the canal, overlooking a lock and a stone's throw from the lovely village centre of Gargrave, was amazing. The property was newly finished, well equipped and very clean. We would definitely stay here again "
