"Very central location. We booked 2 rooms 1 had been refurbish and one hadnt. Both clean. Staff great and nice breakfast. Room at back waa quiet but one at front heard the evening noise"

"Very good value and service. Beware if you are relying on satnav to locate. Because of busgates it took a bit of finding. Council pay and display parking nearby but overnight only to 5am however street parking available after 6pm."

"It was a very nice place to stay at a reasonable cost. Ideal location near to Cooling Castle were able to walk back after the wedding well with a torch. Staff were all friendly. Would recommend."

"This place is very convenient for a visit to Hyde Hall. The four rooms are separate from the Pub where a very good breakfast is served. The room we stayed in was spacious and the bed comfortable."
