10/10 Excellent

"I loved this hotel. A+ staff. Rooms were bigger than any other I'd stayed in in London. Yes, It's not in downtown London, but if you walk 10 minutes you're at the Elizabeth Line that takes you right in. OH and the Elizabeth Line runs all the way to the airport. This was a great find!"

"It was my second time staying at this hotel and I greatly enjoyed my stay as well. The uniqueness of the hotel and its 'homy' feeling are definitely big plusses for me, makes a big change from the big hotel chains. The staff was very helpful and attentive. For the first time, I took the breakfast and I was not disappointed. It was very good, with a good share of varieties, and very well-presented. The hotel is well-located, and it is easy to go around, either by buses, or metro. Canary Wharf Station is also relatively close-by, with access to the Elizabeth line to go to Heathrow Airport. And their AC worked during the heatwave!"

"The aircon was a godsend in this hot weather. The rooms are a good size, comfortable beds, good bathroom and good shower. The pub next door has a large garden with food at reasonable prices. There are EV chargers in the car park too. Easy access to Ebbsfleet international station for trains to London and Kent coast. The A2 is minutes away for access to M25, M29, Canterbury, Dover and London. Stayed here many times and have more stays planned"

"It truly was an outstanding stay. I would rate it 6 stars if I could. The place was spotless and felt brand new, as if I was the very first guest there EVER, getting to use everything for the first time! The studio is modern, has a fully equipped kitchen, great TV, and the Dyson really helped navigate the heatwave. The lounge on the 12th floor is a great asset, with a great coffee machine. Great personnel at the front desk also. Already looking into booking my next stay there at the end of the summer!"
